Job summary

ALKANAAH INTERNATIONAL TOURS & TRAVEL PTE. LTD. is seeking an in-house cleaner to maintain our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties.

The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for staff and visitors. The role covers floor care (vacuuming, mopping, sweeping), cleaning of offices and pantries, restroom sanitation, window cleaning, dusting and disinfection of surfaces, and reporting repairs or replacements as

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a Cleaner.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care: vacuuming, mopping, sweeping and spot-cleaning carpets in all office areas and lounge.
• Maintain non-production areas: tables, chairs, counters and pantry; dusting, spraying and cleaning.
• Remove trash in office areas and pantry.
• Clean and sanitize 5 restrooms daily.
• Clean windows in conference rooms and management offices.
• Dust, disinfect and polish surfaces and furniture as needed.
• May shop for cleaning supplies as needed.
• Report repairs and replacements encountered during daily tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an in-house cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties.

The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.

Our building is 5 floor high and has 1 toilet for each floor.

Your duties include:

• Responsible for floor care, performing various surface tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning carpets of all office areas and non-production employee lounge
• Responsible for the maintenance of non-production employee tables, chairs, and counters, pantry, carrying out tasks such as dusting, spraying, and cleaning
• Responsible for removing trash in office areas and pantry
• Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing of 5 restrooms daily
• Responsible for cleaning of windows in conference rooms, management offices, etc.
• Perform dusting, disinfecting, and polishing of surfaces and furniture as needed
• May be required to shop for cleaning supplies as needed
• Responsible for reporting repairs and replacements encountered when executing daily tasks.
