Job Description

The Administrative Executive will provide essential support to our logistics and operations teams. You will manage documentation, client communication, and coordinate with our internal teams across China and Hong Kong. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment and is eager to grow in the field of international trade and logistics.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant administrative or logistics support experience preferred
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written) for international communication
  • Proficient in Mandarin (Simplified Chinese) (spoken and written) to coordinate with Chinese-speaking team members and vendors
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills are essential – this role involves frequent manual data entry and detailed checking using Excel (e.g. formulas, spreadsheets, tracking sheets)
  • Clear and effective communicator – able to convey client information accurately to internal teams and coordinate across departments smoothly
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented, well-organised, and efficient under pressure
  • Able to work independently, multi-task and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

Experience:

  • Using Excel often to complete documentation: 2 years (Preferred)
