Implementation Specialist - Technical Analysis (Axiom BA)

As an Implementation Specialist Business Analyst at Nasdaq Technology, you will have the opportunity to work on delivering CV10 implementations for Nasdaq AxiomSL clients globally. You will be an integral part of the client services team within the FinTech industry and play a crucial role in delivering complex regulatory reporting solutions to both new and existing customers. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with internal and client teams, capturing and detailing business requirements, participating in client discovery workshops, and providing end-user training for platform implementations.Key Responsibilities:- Capture and detail business requirements through stakeholder interviews and collaborative sessions- Support project coordination and assist with scope management under senior mentorship- Contribute to solution design and configuration within established project parameters- Collaborate with internal and client teams to analyze client data and support implementation of efficient solutions- Assist with end-user training delivery and craft supporting documentation and user guides- Implement SDLC best practices through detailed documentation and quality assurance support- Contribute to knowledge sharing across teams through documentation and team meetings- Provide functional input to support sales teams with implementation feasibility and technical requirementsQualifications:- Minimum of 5 years of experience working on delivering regulatory reporting solutions with 3+ years working on Axiom- Familiarity with Capital market concepts and excellent SQL skills- Experience with Axiom CV v9/10 and software implementation- Ability to interact with clients at all levels and travel as neededEducation Qualification:- Bachelors/Masters degree in computer science, Business/Finance, or related disciplinePreferred Qualifications:- Experience in regulatory reporting functional concepts across different jurisdictions- Proficient in using JIRA, MS Office apps, and certified in agile methodologies- Knowledge of SDLC lifecycles for regtech solutions and cloud computing fundamentalsIf you are passionate about delivering top technology solutions to today's markets and possess the required qualifications and skills, we encourage you to apply in English as soon as possible.
