Job description

Our client is a logistics company that provides air, land, and sea to storage to last-mile delivery. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Implementation Specialist to join the team to help continue delivering exceptional service to their clients.

Job Location:

  • Hybrid working arrangements
  • Jurong, Chin Bee Avenue
  • Salary range: 4-5k

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Onboarding:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into our contract logistics services.
  • Develop and manage onboarding timelines, track tasks, and ensure all milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Work with clients to understand their requirements and customize our systems to meet their needs.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries related to WMS and ERP systems.

Process Optimization:

  • Partner with the operations team to streamline processes, increase productivity, and reduce operating costs.
  • Identify pain points in current operations and develop solutions to improve efficiency from both a system and ground perspective.
  • Implement best practices for operational workflows and system usage.

Internal Collaboration:

  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that all onboarding activities are aligned with company goals and standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the operations team to understand their challenges and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract logistics, with a strong background in WMS and ERP systems.
  • Proven track record of successfully onboarding customers and optimizing logistics operations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to develop and manage timelines, track tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address operational pain points.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and the operations team.
  • Proficiency in using WMS and ERP systems, with the ability to customize and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
