The Implementation Specialist Business Analyst position at Nasdaq Technology in Mumbai involves focusing on delivering CV10 implementations and being part of the client services team within the FinTech industry. The ideal candidate for this role will have a genuine desire to deliver top technology solutions to today's markets.Joining the CDC India team in the FinTech Client Services organization, the Implementation Specialist Business Analyst will be responsible for implementing and supporting CV10 projects for Nasdaq AxiomSL clients globally. This role will involve collaborating with internal and client teams, participating in client discovery workshops, providing end-user training, and implementing SDLC best practices.Key Responsibilities:- Capturing and detailing business requirements through stakeholder interviews and collaborative sessions- Supporting project coordination by supervising deliverables and maintaining project timelines- Participating in client discovery workshops and contributing to solution design and configuration- Collaborating with internal and client teams to analyze client data and support implementation of efficient solutions- Assisting with end-user training delivery and crafting supporting documentation- Implementing SDLC best practices through detailed documentation and quality assurance support- Contributing to knowledge sharing across teams and providing functional input to support sales teamsMinimum Qualifications:- Minimum of 5 years of experience working on delivering regulatory reporting solutions with 3+ years working on Axiom- Familiarity with Capital market concepts and excellent SQL skills- Experience with Axiom CV v9/10 and a strong curiosity about software implementation and process management- Ability to travel to client locations or other Nasdaq offices during implementationEducation Qualification:Bachelors/Masters degree in computer science, Business/Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent work experiencePreferred Qualifications:- Experience in regulatory reporting functional concepts across different jurisdictions- Proficient in using JIRA, MS Office apps, and certified scrum master/knowledgeable in agile methodologies- Experience in SDLC lifecycles for regtech solutions and awareness of cloud computing fundamentalsIf you believe you possess the technical skills, business analysis capabilities, and regulatory knowledge required for this role, and are service-focused with the ability to interact with clients at all levels, consider applying in English as soon as possible.
