Implementation Specialist

• Support client implementation, RFP, and RFI processes.
• Provide effective training sessions on cash management products, services, and channels for non-retail clients.
• Offer strong and responsive support to assigned exceptional handling and top-tier clients.
• Encourage and refer clients to utilize Cash Management solutions, including corporate internet banking and alternative channels.
• Manage and coordinate projects aimed at improving implementation and client service management experience.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date knowledge of the bank’s integrated channels and product capabilities; apply this knowledge to create awareness, facilitate implementation, and drive utilization.
