Job summary

Qualifications

• Fully registered or C-Reg (L3) with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
• Possess a Practising Certificate issued by the SMC.
• At least 2 years' experience as a General Practitioner in a primary care setting.
• Experience in community health or underserved populations is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services including diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Conduct thorough patient consultations, taking medical histories and performing clinical examinations.
• Prescribe medications and monitor patient response to treatment.
• Refer patients to specialists when necessary and coordinate ongoing care.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage common procedures and minor injuries in a primary care setting.
