Job summary

EnviroDynamics Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated General Practitioner/Resident Physician to join our clinical team in Singapore. You will provide comprehensive primary care, manage a broad range of acute and chronic conditions, and support preventive health services.

This full-time, on-site role requires SMC registration with a valid practising certificate and MBBS/MD. You will work in a 5.5-day week, collaborating closely with nurses and allied health staff to deliver patient-centered

Qualifications

• Must hold MBBS/MD or equivalent recognised for medical practice in Singapore.
• Fully registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) and a valid Practising Certificate.
• Relevant experience in General Practice or Primary Care is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general medical consultations and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Review and interpret laboratory results, radiology findings and other diagnostic investigations.
• Identify abnormal findings and arrange follow-up, additional tests, or referrals as needed.
• Offer preventive healthcare advice, lifestyle counselling and health education.
• Conduct health assessments, vaccinations and routine primary care services.
• Develop management plans and ensure continuity of care for patients.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Collaborate with nurses and allied health staff for coordinated care.
• Support corporate health screening programmes and occupational health assessments.
• Participate in clinical quality improvement and adhere to clinical standards.

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centred General Practitioner / Resident Physician to join our clinical team. You will provide comprehensive primary care and health screening services, managing patients across a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions while supporting preventive healthcare and overall wellness.

Work Location: Tanjong Pagar / Farrer Park (Central)

Work Schedule: 5.5 days work week, Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm and half Sat 9am to 12.30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general medical consultations and management of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Review and interpret laboratory results, radiological findings and other diagnostic investigations.
• Identify abnormal findings and provide appropriate follow-up, further investigations and specialist referrals where required.
• Provide preventive healthcare advice, lifestyle counselling and health education to patients.
• Conduct routine medical examinations, health assessments, vaccinations and other primary care services where applicable.
• Develop appropriate management plans and ensure continuity of care for patients.
• Maintain accurate, timely and comprehensive medical records and clinical documentation.
• Work closely with nurses, allied health professionals and clinic support staff to ensure coordinated and patient-centred care.
• Support corporate health screening programmes and occupational health related medical assessments where required.
• Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives and uphold high standards of clinical practice, patient safety and professional conduct.
• Comply with applicable Singapore Medical Council(SMC) requirements, healthcare regulations, clinical protocols and organisational policies.

Requirements

• MBBS, MD or equivalent medical degree recognised for medical practice in Singapore.
• Fully registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) with a valid Practising Certificate.
• Relevant experience in General Practice, Primary Care, Family Medicine and/or Health Screening will be advantageous.
• Strong clinical judgement with the ability to independently assess, diagnose and manage a broad range of medical conditions.
• Patient-centered approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Comfortable managing both acute presentations and chronic disease follow-up in a primary care setting.
• A valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
