Job summary

Experimental Drug Development Centre (EDDC) in Singapore seeks a Senior Scientist to lead immunology-driven drug discovery programs, from target identification to preclinical development across translational sciences.

You will mentor scientists, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate strategy to leadership and external partners. PhD with 8–12+ years of biotech/pharma experience is preferred, with strong immunology, molecular biology and data-driven decision making valued.

Qualifications

• PhD in Immunology or related field with 8–12+ years of biotech/pharma experience.
• Proven track record leading drug discovery programs with translational relevance.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end immunology drug discovery programs from target identification to preclinical development.
• Lead cross-functional teams across chemistry, biology, translational sciences and in vivo models.
• Mentor scientists and communicate strategy, progress, and risks to leadership and external stakeholders.
