The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various immigration-related roles, ensuring smooth HR processes, and maintaining compliance with immigration policies.Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Identify, source, and recruit candidates for various immigration roles. Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure suitable candidate placement. Employee Onboarding & Documentation: Handle end-to-end onboarding processes, including contract signing and policy briefing. Ensure that all required documentation, including visas and work permits, are collected and verified. Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with legal and company requirements. HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure compliance with immigration policies and labor laws. Handle grievances, disputes, and employee concerns professionally. Training & Development: Assist in training new employees about immigration policies and processes. Conduct HR orientation sessions for new hires. Coordination with Immigration Team: Work closely with the visa processing and legal teams to ensure seamless operations. Keep track of visa expiry dates and coordinate renewal processes. HR Reporting & Performance Management: Maintain HR metrics and prepare reports on hiring, employee engagement, and retention.
