Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional immigration advice to clients and answer questions regarding immigration processes.

• Assess clients’ eligibility for various visa and immigration options and offer tailored solutions.

• Follow up with clients on the progress of their applications and provide regular updates.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and encouraging referrals.

• Keep up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and regulations to ensure clients receive the most current information.

• Drive sales goals and contribute to the growth of the company’s market share.

• Participate in commission plans and incentive trips based on performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma in Law, International Relations, Business, or related field (preferred).

• In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures, with some legal background preferred.

• Strong communication and client service skills, with the ability to build trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Sales-oriented, with the ability to meet targets under pressure.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple cases at once.
