You will bridge creative and production, prototype new techniques, and collaborate with photographers, designers, and partners to weave technology into traditional production pipelines.

The role requires hands-on work with generative AI, 3D, motion, and real-time rendering, delivering campaigns that balance innovation with the brand's high-level polish and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio across art direction and tech-driven work.
• Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools and 3D/motion software.
• Ability to conceive tech-enabled ideas; luxury context preferred.
• Experience in luxury, hospitality, travel, entertainment, or lifestyle brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop original creative concepts using emerging tech such as AI, 3D, motion, and real-time rendering.
• Bridge creative and production teams to adopt new tools.
• Prototype and pressure-test new techniques balancing innovation with brand polish.
• Collaborate with photographers, designers, and partners to integrate technology.
• Provide art direction across campaigns blending traditional and digital elements.
• Stay ahead on AI and digital production tools and translate to brand value.
• Present ideas persuasively to senior stakeholders.
