Step into the role of Real Estate Operations and become the driving force behind a high-performing real estate business. As an operations specialist, you’ll be the backbone that keeps every aspect of the organization running smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee daily business processes, ensuring seamless sales performance reporting, commission invoicing, and financial tracking across internal platforms (including Excel and CRM system).

  • Streamline processes and continually optimize workflows to boost productivity, accuracy, and profitability across our team.

  • Monitor compliance by keeping up to date with the latest real estate laws, CEA guidelines, and transaction protocols—ensuring every contract, form, and anti-money laundering check is in place.

  • Support sales by coordinating property listings on listing platforms, assigning leads, and driving regular updates across web, social media, and marketing campaigns.

  • Play an active role in recruiting, onboarding, and training new salespeople, and contribute to developing a culture of growth and professional excellence.

  • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures for every step of the sales process, delivering a consistently smooth experience to clients and internal teams.
