Job Highlights

· Provide Transport pick up at Boon Lay MRT @ 8:20am & 8:30am /drop off at Joo Koon MRT @ 6:05pm & 6:10pm

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop, review, and implement HR policies to support company growth, attract and retain talent, and improve workforce management.
2. Oversee full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
3. Maintain and manage HR systems, employee records, and ensure confidentiality.
4. Ensure compliance with employment laws and liaise with government agencies for HR-related matters, surveys, and funding applications.
5. Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances, absenteeism, and workplace disputes.
6. Provide HR-related reports, including budget forecasts, compensation analysis, and workforce statistics.
7. Handle office administration duties, including office supplies, insurance, and company license inclusive Bizsafe Star and ISO certificate. Ensuring smooth daily operations.
8. Organize company events and employee engagement activities.
9. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree & above with 2-3 years of relevant working experience
2. Positive attitude & willing to learn
3. Strong in good team player and performs well under pressure in fast-paced environment
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
5. Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and manpower regulations
6. Immediate or short notice (May 2025 onboard)
