Job Responsibilities: QA QC Technician/ Engineer – Job Scope

• Develop and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans (QCPs), including inspection checkpoints and testing criteria.
• Review engineering documents to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and industry standards.
• Conduct inspections, non-destructive testing (NDT), and hydro/pneumatic pressure tests to verify material and weld quality.
• Oversee material receiving, handling, storage, and verify compliance through certification checks and documentation.
• Monitor welding procedures and welder performance; coordinate inspections and testing of welds and joints.
• Maintain inspection records, generate quality reports, and collaborate with project teams to address non-conformities and ensure corrective actions.

Job Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields).
• Understanding design, capable on testing, and quality assurance processes.
• Possesses basic experience in project management.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, installation, and repair of machinery or equipment.

Customer Quality Engineer – Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly, ensuring clear and positive communication.
• Analyze issues and lead 8D problem-solving activities; prepare and submit reports to customers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and consistent follow-up.
• Monitor product quality and after-sales performance and provide data-driven feedback for improvements.
• Coordinate drawing and specification changes with customers to ensure proper implementation.
• Collaborate with other company sites to resolve cross-functional quality issues.
• Oversee quality control processes in production to ensure compliance with standards.
• Support and maintain ISO 9001, IATF 16949, including audits and EHS compliance.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Over 3 years of experience managing customer complaints, with a strong track record of effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Well-versed in quality management systems and internal auditing, with hands-on experience in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
