F&B Club Crew (General) Job Scope
  • Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining, service, and kitchen areas.
  • Assist in stock replenishment and follow opening/closing procedures
Bartender Job Scope
  • Prepare and serve beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) according to recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed
Sous Chef (Chinese Cuisine) Job Scope
  • Create and adjust menus to ensure nutritional balance and variety, including adapting recipes for dietary needs or last-minute changes. Maintain proper documentation of all recipes and preparation steps.
  • Supervise food preparation, presentation, and consistency, especially in the absence of the Head Chef. Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of workstations and equipment before each shift.
  • Manage and train kitchen staff, oversee daily operations, and enforce hygiene standards such as proper attire and food handling procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ensure timely ordering of ingredients, and oversee proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment, holding staff accountable for negligence.
  • Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to handle urgent orders or delivery changes. Address operational issues promptly and ensure responsible attendance and compliance with kitchen policies.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience preferred (minimum 1–3 years for Bartender/Sous Chef roles)
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • For Sous Chef, experience in Chinese cuisine is required
  • Bartending certification is a plus for the Bartender role
