Summary:

• Basic Salary up to $3000

• 5 Working Days, 8.30am - 6.00pm

• Location: Tampines

Job Scope:

• Perform daily facility and security equipment checks, patrols, and troubleshooting; report defects and abnormalities.

• Prepare and submit daily/monthly facility reports, calibration records, and monitor license and cleanroom certification renewals.

• Conduct preventive maintenance on facility systems and support breakdown response as needed.

• Liaise with and supervise external vendors during servicing and maintenance works.

• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, update work instructions, and support continuous improvement efforts.

• Participate in annual budgeting, facility improvement projects, emergency response (CERT), and workplace safety initiatives.

Requirements:

• Possess related working experience in facilities property management

• Experience in manufacturing facilities is an advantage
