Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional. You will handle daily AR receipts, cash flow management, and corporate tax submissions. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of accounting experience and a diploma in accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software is essential. This role offers a salary of up to 4.1k with AWS and VB.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in Accounting.
• Knowledge of taxation is an advantage.
• Experience in preparing corporate tax submissions.

Responsibilities

• Input daily AR receipts.
• Monitor AR open accounts.
• Prepare and manage cash flow.
• Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly closing and reports.

Job description

• Salary: Up to 4.1k + AWS + VB
• Location: Near to Paya Lebar MRT
• Wokring Hrs: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities

• Input daily AR receipts
• Monitor AR open account
• Prepare and manage cashflow
• Monitor, update and prepare required forex purchase
• Check and post transaction and journal in Navision
• Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly closing and reports
• Prepare intercompany billing
• Maintenance fixed assets schedule
• Perform yearly stock-taking and reconciliation
• Assist quarterly income tax computation and compiling withholding tax receipts
• Prepare annual corporate tax submission and query
• Prepare reporting package for holding company
• Assist year end audited financial statement and other audit matters
• Any other duties assigned by superior or by company

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Accounting
• At least 5 years experiences in Accounting
• Knowledge and understand operations in Accounting and knowledge for taxation will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel), Accounting Software
• Experience in trading and service industry preferred
