A leading company is seeking a customer service support specialist for logistics tasks. Responsibilities include managing shipping documents, ensuring shipment delivery, and monitoring inventory accuracy. Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of experience in logistics or customer service, with knowledge of import/export processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide customer service support via phone and email.
2. Prepare shipping documents and import / export documentation by adhering to the SOP in place and invoicing of order once shipments had been closed.
3. Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed.
4. Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
5. Coordinate with supervisor for warehouse activities.
6. Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely deliveries.
7. Ensure accuracy of all inventories. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
8. Perform of general housekeeping within the workplace
9. Maintain a safe working environment.
10. Perform any other job-related functions as and when assigned by superior.
Requirements
• 1–3 years of working experience in logistics or customer service roles
• Basic knowledge of import/export documentation and warehouse operations preferred
