• Set-up trading, bank & custodian accounts
• Manage the submission of account opening forms, Know-Your-Client (KYC) documentation and annual review, including filing, mailing
• Investment subscription & redemption
• Monitor the circulation of announcements, statements, reports and newsletters, and alert the Investment Team to take action as and when required in a timely manner;
• Trade settlements & corporate actions
• Issue and follow-up on trade settlement instructions to custodian bank/brokers within stipulated
• deadlines;
• Rectify trade orders and resolve settlement issues in the event of trade failures;
• Monitor corporate actions, AGM announcements and monthly statements, and alert the Investment
