Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Provide professional and prompt customer service through the creation of a rewarding end-to-end journey in different customer touchpoints. Support direct manager in initiating business development activities, including establishing, verifying leads, and following up through multi-touchpoint initiatives to provide a base for sales activities. Manage and provide various sales support information to enable the selling team to engage and meet our customers’ needs in all touchpoints.

Responsibilities Of The Job

  • Engage directly with customers in the interior design sector, accurately qualifying and capturing their needs for further action.
  • Manage communications with customers and stakeholders across various channels, including phone calls, video calls, messages, emails, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with new leads, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client inquiries at all touchpoints.
  • Inspire and pre-sell to customers using visual materials during email communications with potential leads.
  • Keep the CRM system up to date with accurate customer records and activity logs.
  • Ensure the availability of IKEA Home Design Consultants is regularly updated and communicated.
  • Proactively connect customers with upcoming appointments to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Provide support to IKEA Home Design Consultants during face-to-face in-store meetings with customers, as needed.

  • Prior experience or knowledge of interior design and related fields is a plus.
