More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as an International Key Account Manager in Singapore with Signify. Key areas of responsibilities are:

  • Accountable for Systems & Services sales and IGM% for assigned Regional (SEA) Named Accounts and select System & Services opportunities.
  • Creates, maintains and executes KAP for each named key account (action plans, identify multiple stakeholders) and involve internal resources while driving the sales process. Develops and maintains excellent relationships with key stakeholders (including C Level) with named key accounts.
  • Maximizes sales opportunities by increasing Signify’s share of wallet.
  • Drives for high levels of customer satisfaction during opportunity development.
  • Collaborates effectively with project team members to deliver timely, relevant solutions to customers.
  • Fosters a Customer First and Radical Collaboration mindset and actions.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitive landscape to inform business strategies and partnership approaches.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on progress, market insights, and performance metrics to management.

  • Understands Technology/Software & Connectivity domains.
  • 5+ years of proven track record in key account management and consultative selling principles in a fast-paced technology industry working with Developers, Facility Management companies and Data Centres in SEA / APAC region.
  • 5+ years of strong history of quota achievement with stellar experience presenting products & services to accounts.
  • 3+ years of value-based selling in a market/customer-facing roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experienced working in a matrixed environment and collaborating across different functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred.
