A reputable company is seeking a qualified HVAC Supervisor to oversee maintenance activities in a GMP environment. The role involves supervising technicians, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and liaising with contractors. Candidates should possess a mechanical engineering degree and have at least three years of relevant experience in HVAC operations.
Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to MSD site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and regulations.
Supervise a team of technicians to carry out HVAC preventive and corrective maintenance tasks effectively.
Plan and coordinate HVAC maintenance activities with the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) planner and internal plant stakeholders.
Liaise with vendors and contractors for HVAC-related work on site.
Lead investigations into HVAC-related incidents and implement corrective actions.
Interpret and analyze HVAC P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram) drawings to troubleshoot issues on site.
Monitor daily temperature and humidity trends of warehouse and associated HVAC systems, and respond promptly to any deviations from normal parameters.
Operate and adjust HVAC systems using the Building Management System (BMS) as needed.
Serve as the liaison for contractors and ensure compliance with the site's contractor management procedures.
Notify regulatory authorities, such as NEA, regarding cooling tower disinfection, shutdowns, and ensure water sampling results meet regulatory standards.
Provide daily activity summaries to stakeholders and the plant manager.
Execute minor HVAC projects on-site and maintain proper documentation through Engineering Change Control procedures.
Ensure timely closure of Work Orders in the SAP Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Participate in all Tiering meetings and support seamless operations for both preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
Act as the primary contact for all IFM HVAC-related matters within the facility.

Requirements:
Mechanical or related science engineering degree holder
At least three (3) years of experience in GMP plant operations, with a focus on HVAC-related responsibilities.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other related software applications
