Careerally Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our central IT team on a permanent basis. You will manage user access provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and perform access reviews across multiple systems and applications.

The role requires hands-on IAM experience, familiarity with ITSM tools, and the ability to collaborate with security and IT teams to maintain compliant access controls while supporting 24/7 operations when needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in CS/IT/Info Security/Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT Operations or IAM roles; financial institutions/regulatory industry experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of IAM principles, access controls, and security best practices.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux administration.
• Familiarity with IAM integration and scripting technologies (PowerShell, Java, Shell scripting, REST APIs).
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
• Strong communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow established procedures and maintain documentation.
• Willingness to participate in shift work and 24/7 standby/on-call support.
