Job summary

Housing & Development Board is seeking an Identity & AI Security Specialist to strengthen identity security and enable secure adoption of Generative AI across on-premises, cloud and AI-enabled environments. You will design, implement, administer and operate security controls for identities, credentials and AI agents.

You will shape policies, assess risks, engineer controls across IAM/IGA/PAM/PIM/MFA/SSO, and govern the identity lifecycle including provisioning, rotation and decommissioning,

Qualifications

• Have a degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, engineering or related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Have at least 3 years of relevant experience in identity security, cybersecurity engineering, infrastructure operations or security architecture.
• Hands-on experience implementing, administering or supporting enterprise identity and AI security platforms.

Responsibilities

• Shape identity and AI security: review policies, standards and reference architectures.
• Assess and reduce risk across human, privileged, machine and AI identities.
• Engineer IAM, IGA, PAM, PIM, MFA, SSO, CA, RBAC and access governance.
• Govern the identity lifecycle: onboarding, recertification, credential rotation and decommissioning.
• Secure AI use cases: define agent authentication, data access and auditing controls.
• Maintain identity and AI security infrastructure: patching, backup, monitoring and resilience.
• Deliver secure and resilient solutions: translate requirements into designs and plans.
• Automate discovery, provisioning and remediation via scripts and APIs.
