Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking an ICT Trainer-Multimedia with expertise in multimedia tools, Google Suite, AV equipment, and AI tools to design and deliver engaging training sessions.

You will develop learning materials, conduct workshops for staff and students, and stay current with new technologies to enhance training effectiveness. This role involves hands-on support and evaluating learner progress in a technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT/Multimedia field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as ICT Trainer or in a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in phototaking, video recording and multimedia production; proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe, iMovie, Windows Movie Maker, Final Cut Pro).
• Proficient with iOS platform and use of iPad; Microsoft Office; iOS apps (Pages, Slides, Sheets); Google Suite; AI Tools; and website design/maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive training sessions on multimedia tools, Google Suite, AV equipment, and AI applications.
• Develop user-friendly learning materials and guides.
• Conduct workshops for staff and students from diverse groups.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and integrate them into trainings.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during sessions.
• Evaluate learner progress through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
