Job summary

V-SWIFT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an ICT Executive cum Trainer to plan and run ICT training for staff and students, including ICT baseline standards for primary levels and assessment of ICT skills. The role also covers in-house design/editing work, AVA support for events, and maintenance of ICT resources.

The successful candidate will manage school ICT systems, support EdTech tools, and may work beyond normal hours with time off in lieu.

Qualifications

Relevant education qualification in IT, Multimedia, CS or related discipline.
Good working knowledge of photo-editing, video-editing, animation, website design and graphic design.
Familiar with EdTech tools (Classpoint, Canva, Thinglink) to support teaching and learning.
Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, iPad apps and emerging AI tools.
Good working knowledge of computer programming (e.g. C++, Java, XHTML).
Certifications in ICT skills (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA, CISM, CISSP, GSEC) are advantageous.
2 years' experience conducting ICT training for students in primary school.

Responsibilities

Plan and conduct ICT related training for staff and students.
Design and conduct ICT baseline standards training for P1–P6 and assess student ICT skills.
Execute in-house ICT design/editing work (branding, brochures, posters, calendars, camp-shirts).
Provide ICT & AVA support for school events and programmes (sound, photography, video).
Assist in management and maintenance of ICT & AVA equipment and resources.
Assist in administration of school-based ICT systems (digital signage, timetabling, scanning, booking).
Other tasks: scan market for tech trends and educate staff; possible after-hours work with time off in lieu.
