Job description

Expected to work professionally in managing and training students, collaborating with teachers, and supporting school-wide projects and operations.

Manage and operate the Makers Garage.

Train and mentor students and staff involved in projects related to the Makers Garage.

Provide school-wide ICT support, including professional media support and technical expertise for sophisticated ICT implementations (e.g., media equipment setup, TV messaging, video recording & editing, web conferencing).

Manage the implementation of school events, such as media equipment setup and live streaming of major events.

Handle daily operational and administrative duties, including scheduling events, setting up, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting audio, video, and control systems.

Perform preventive maintenance on media equipment to ensure proper functioning, including identifying, recommending, purchasing, installing, and configuring equipment and services as needed.

Maintain inventory of Audio Visual/Video conferencing equipment, generate monthly reports, and monitor inventory levels and equipment faults.

Serve as a point of contact for vendors, collaborating on installation and troubleshooting of equipment.

Train students in Media Resource Club during CCA days on public announcement systems, photography, and videography.

Assist and advise students in media-related competitions, such as OSOS (Our Schools; Our Stories).

Support the school in videography and photography tasks.

Provide consultancy and assistance to teachers on media-related matters and problems.

Assist the Head ICT with other ICT-related responsibilities.
