Job summary

GAIN EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an ICT Trainer to develop training materials and run ICT workshops for pupils and staff, and to support ICT processes such as updating the school website and digital signage.

Requirements include a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related fields, at least 3 years in ICT support or educational technology, familiarity with block-based coding, and proficiency with Windows, macOS/iOS, Android, and cloud/AI tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Animation, Multimedia Design or an Educational Technology-related field.
• Familiar with block-based coding tools and basic programming logic, with experience in interactive STEM education platforms preferred.
• 3-year experience in ICT support, training or educational technology roles.

Responsibilities

• Create training materials and conduct ICT-related workshops for pupils.
• Conduct ICT workshops for staff.
• Support ICT department in ICT-related processes such as updating school website, digital signage, preparing for HBL, etc.
• Maintenance of school devices such as STEM products and ICT related applications.
• Provide consultancy and assist all teachers in ICT-related matters.
• Carry out any other ICT related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the School Leaders and HOD ICT.

Job description

Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027

Working hours:

• Mondays to Friday: 7.45am to4.45pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazette public holidays.

Personnel may be required to work on Saturdays or beyond regular working hours to support school events where necessary. Time-off in lieu will be granted in accordance with school’s guidelines.

Scope of Services:

• 1. Create training materials and conduct ICT-related workshops/lessons for pupils
• 2. Conduct ICT workshops for staff
• 3. Support ICT department in ICT-related processes such as updating school website, digital signage, preparing for HBL, etc
• 4. Maintenance of school devices such as STEM products and ICT related applications.
