Job summary
A leading recruiting firm based in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Specialist to manage Microsoft 365 solutions and provide support for fleet operations. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in M365 management and strong customer service skills. Responsibilities include administering IT environments, monitoring system health, and troubleshooting issues. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in L1 support and technical knowledge in networking and firewall setup.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in managing and administering M365 environments.
- More than 2 years of experience working as L1 support in mid to large enterprises.
- At least 2 years of technical exposure in setting up or supporting networks and firewalls for SMEs.

- Independently research, design, develop, and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions for the company.
- Administer the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring availability, reliability, and performance.
- First point of contact for issue escalation for the fleet.

Responsibilities
- Independently research, design, develop, and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions for the company
- Administer the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring availability, reliability, and performance
- First point of contact for issue escalation for the fleet
- Primary standby support helpdesk for fleet after office hour and on weekend
- Monitor system health and regularly review, analyze, and test systems for performance
- Perform annual hardware refresh for endpoint devices and network equipment for the fleet.
- Provide regular update, backups, and restores as needed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize functionality and user experience
- Provide onboarding and offboarding for new hire/leaver
- Documenting system configuration, process and IT user guide
- Provide top-tier support, coordinating with various teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues onsite and offsite (onboard the vessels)
- Need to travel to other countries to provide IT support for the vessel only if vendor unable to resolve the issue
- Role as an IT procurement officer and work closely with vendor. So excellence vendor management is required
- Update IT hardware and software inventory
- Conduct daily IT operation daily checklist, monthly checklist and annual checklist.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in managing and administering M365 environments
- More than 2 years of experience work as L1 support in mid to large enterprise
- Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- At least 2 years technical exposure in setting up or supporting network and firewall for SME
