Job summary

Qualifications

Polytechnic Diploma in ICT or related field required.
ITIL Foundation certification and/or familiarity preferred.

Familiarity with Generative AI assistants for troubleshooting and automation.
Knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking, AV equipment and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

Provide end-user IT/AV support and service delivery.
Be first point of contact for IT/AV issues and requests; monitor and escalate AI service desk inquiries.
Troubleshoot incidents, perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Support IT/AV for events, meetings, video conferences and after-hours as needed.
Maintain documentation in Knowledge Base and update deployment guides.
Assist in procurement and deployment of IT/AV equipment including AI-enabled devices.
Contribute to IT projects to improve service efficiency and user experience.
