Job Purpose:
- To augment the MOLAO ICT helpdesk team which provides ICT support to all the group companies in Singapore on common infrastructure (including network and related systems) and handle ICT support for MOLAO/ MTM /CAPE /MOLLNG/TECHNO/ MLG users. Additionally support SEAO group companies as needed.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and common infrastructure
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems and system management tools
- Laptop / Desktop, Printer, Phone, Scanner, Corporate software setup for users
- Windows OS, AD, Office 365 local administration & file server management
- Handle user registration process for all group companies
- Network monitoring and troubleshooting (both LAN and WiFi)
- User support as part of helpdesk & provide 1st and 2nd level support
- Provide onsite/remote troubleshooting and liaise with vendors and other ICT personnel for problem resolution
- Helpdesk system ticket monitoring & updating status on timely manner
- Maintain hardware and software inventory and keep it updated
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of infrastructure availability to users
- Maintain a high level of user satisfaction with quality customer service
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by the superior
Job Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Information Technology or a related subject.
- 1 to 2 years experience in Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows-based environments, Network administration, and fine-tuning.
- Familiar with Office365.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Good coordination and communication skills with internal and external customers.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good team player and able to work under pressure.
- Good to have networking knowledge (OSI Model).
- Good to have Azure Cloud experience.
- Good to have Manage Engine/ Intune experience.
- Fresh IT graduates with attitude and quick learning capability are also encouraged to apply.
