Job Description:
- Advisories for design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Purview solutions for data governance, information protection, and compliance requirements.
- Support clients on data lifecycle management, regulatory controls, and risk mitigation strategies using Microsoft Purview and integrated Microsoft Security technologies.
- Engage in data assessment at scale, developing custom policies and automations to manage sensitive information.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align Purview deployments with organizational goals, security frameworks, and industry standards.
- Lead workshops and deliver technical enablement sessions on Purview features, best practices, and compliance scenarios.
- Develop dashboards and reporting to provide actionable insights on data risks, compliance posture, and governance performance.
- Support the adoption of data governance policies, fostering a culture of security and trust within client organizations.
Technical Skills:
- Extensive experience in data governance and security with strong expertise in Microsoft Purview Information Protection, typically gained over 10 years.
- Comprehensive knowledge of data classification, DLP (Data Loss Prevention), and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and tune Purview for diverse environments, including hybrid and multi-cloud ecosystems.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Azure Logic Apps) for policy enforcement and data protection.
- Strong consulting, stakeholder engagement, and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation abilities to translate technical solutions into business value.
Requirements:
- Mandatory certification: Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate Certificate (SC-400).
- Relevant certifications such SC-100, CISSP, CISM are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex security incidents.
- Experience with cloud security concepts and Microsoft Azure security services.
- Track record of successful client engagements and project delivery in a consulting environment.
