About the Role

As a CBRE ICT Project Manager , you will be responsible for managing complex ICT infrastructure projects across mission-critical data center environments in Singapore and India. This role is essential to meeting growing regional demands and requires someone who can read and interpret raw equipment cutsheets, patching matrices, and manage cross-functional teams for seamless execution.

You will work with internal stakeholders, contractors, and clients to ensure every phase of project delivery—from planning to implementation—is executed with precision, technical compliance, and within the agreed timeline and budget.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead ICT infrastructure deployments including structured cabling, hardware installation, and connectivity patching within data centers.

  • Interpret and apply technical documentation such as raw cutsheets, patching matrices, rack elevations, and network diagrams.

  • Organize and direct installation teams to carry out work accurately and efficiently across multiple sites.

  • Define scope, budget, deliverables, and timelines for each project in collaboration with clients and technical teams.

  • Coordinate with vendors, engineers, and data center operators to ensure alignment with technical and operational requirements.

  • Monitor project progress using standardized reporting tools and ensure timely resolution of risks and issues.

  • Enforce project documentation governance including redlines, test results, patch schedules, and handover records.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., TIA-942), safety protocols, and client-specific requirements.

  • Oversee commissioning, testing, and close-out procedures, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field. PMP certification preferred.

  • 5–8 years of project management experience, specifically in ICT/data center infrastructure environments.

  • Proven ability to read and interpret technical documentation such as equipment cutsheets, patching schedules, and layout diagrams.

  • Experience managing structured cabling, networking, or IT infrastructure deployment projects in mission-critical environments.

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-site, multi-country teams.

  • Knowledge of data center standards (e.g., TIA-942, Uptime Institute Tier levels) and best practices in structured cabling.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and project tracking/reporting tools.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across diverse technical and operational teams.
