Develop automation with appropriate validation, logging, exception handling, security controls and rollback considerations.
Maintain automation scripts and configuration artefacts using appropriate version‑control and change‑management practices.
Continuously identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve infrastructure reliability, troubleshooting effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Strong hands‑on knowledge and experience are required in:
Ensure Windows infrastructure solutions comply with the Authority's Technical Architecture, SG-TRM, IM8 and applicable Authority IT policies.
Ensure automation is appropriately tested, documented and implemented through established change‑management processes.
Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and automation runbooks.
Support operational readiness and knowledge transfer to operations teams and service providers.
Ensure Windows infrastructure configurations remain secure, controlled and supportable throughout their lifecycle.
