Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking an R&D Lab Technician in Singapore. The role supports laboratory operations, qualification testing, and method transfer to scale capabilities for new product introduction in a high-tech environment.

You will collaborate with scientists and engineers to ensure data integrity, run analytical tests, and help establish laboratory readiness for R&D activities in a global organization based on the Danaher Business System.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a lab environment.
• Experience in analytical or testing lab environments including ICP‑MS, GC‑MS, non-volatile residue testing or ion chromatography.

Responsibilities

• Support lab start-up readiness activities including equipment installation, hook-up, commissioning and method transfer for new and existing analytical tools.
• Collaborate with Lab Scientists and Engineers to set up, qualify, troubleshoot, and sustain lab and testing equipment in R&D and new product launch activities.
• Perform analytical, functional and performance testing to support R&D development, product characterization and qualification requirements.
