Job summary

Qualifications

Job Summary

Responsible for carrying out technical servicing, equipment assembly, fault diagnosis, and repair activities for ICE equipment. The role also involves providing technical support to clients and recommending preventive maintenance measures to maintain equipment performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled inspections, routine servicing, and preventive maintenance in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and established maintenance procedures.
• Assemble, disassemble, and replace equipment components according to work orders, engineering specifications, and required quality standards.
• Interpret technical manuals, equipment specifications, diagrams, and service instructions to carry out maintenance and repair work independently.
• Identify, inspect, and verify spare parts and electrical components required for equipment servicing and repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical or electrical faults, identify potential causes of equipment malfunction, and perform appropriate troubleshooting and corrective maintenance.
• Assist with workshop activities, including equipment repairs, component replacement, testing, and general maintenance.
• Communicate technical findings and equipment maintenance requirements clearly to clients.
• Provide clients with practical guidance on routine servicing, equipment care, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Maintain accurate service records and report significant equipment faults or repair requirements to the relevant supervisor.
• Follow applicable workplace safety procedures and equipment handling requirements during servicing and repair activities.
