We are seeking a skilled IBM BAW Developer with strong experience in IBM FileNet, Case Manager, BPM, and Content Navigator. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Java development, Dojo-based customizations, and Oracle database scripting. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot IBM Case Manager and Java-based applications.
• Customize and develop widgets/plugins using Dojo .
• Develop and maintain BPDs (Business Process Definitions) and Service Flows in IBM BPM.
• Write and maintain Java components and RESTful APIs .
• Create and execute unit test cases to ensure robust functionality.
• Produce and maintain clear technical and design documentation.
• Follow coding standards, best practices, and design principles.
• Support and enhance existing widget frameworks and plugins.
• Work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience with IBM FileNet , Case Manager , BPM , and Content Navigator .
• Minimum 3 years of experience customizing and developing Dojo widgets and plugins .
• Strong development skills in Java, J2EE, Spring , and RESTful Web Services .
• Solid knowledge of Oracle Database with proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL .
• Experience in product and fix pack installations is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and consulting skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to support and enhance existing codebases.
