Job summary

UWCSEA East Campus seeks a Teacher of High School Physics and Coordinated Science for August 2027. The appointee will teach IB Diploma Physics and Grade 9/10 Coordinated Science, mentor 14–18 students, and join a proactive high school grade-level team.

Candidates should have a good degree and a recognized teaching qualification and be committed to UWC values. The successful candidate will contribute to a vibrant science faculty, engage in professional learning, and support holistic student

Qualifications

• Degree in teaching plus recognized teaching qualification or certification.
• IB Diploma Physics experience preferred.
• Experience mentoring students and contributing to a co-curricular program.

Responsibilities

• Teach IB Diploma Physics to high school students.
• Teach Grade 9/10 Coordinated Science courses.
• Mentor groups of 14–18 students.
• Collaborate with the high school teams and contribute to professional learning.
• Engage in a supportiveParent/teacher communication and assessment feedback loop.
