Job summary

Hwa Chong International School is seeking an Experienced International IB Teacher in Economics for a full-time role starting 1 January 2027. A strong Economics degree and IB or pre-tertiary teaching experience are required.

Qualifications

A good degree in Economics from an established University and possess teacher training qualifications.
At least 4 years of teaching experience in the IB Diploma Programme or at pre-tertiary levels would be an advantage.
Self-motivated and passionate about educating students.
Able to multi-task and work independently.
Salary commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver IB Economics lessons across multiple levels.
Guide students throughout the academic year in all areas of their holistic development.
Plan and execute a range of school activities.
Collaborate with teachers and contribute to resource development.
