HOYA is seeking an experienced Solution Architect for Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead architecture across IGA, PAM, AM/DS, and OT IAM. You will shape reference architectures, patterns and decisions aligned with HOYA’s target IAM model and security principles.

You will oversee end-to-end solution design from strategy through detailed design, transition to operations and continuous improvement, partnering with global stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Certifications preferred: TOGAF, CISSP, CISM, Azure/AWS IAM specializations.

Responsabilités

• Act as IAM Design Authority across IGA, PAM, AM/DS, federation, SSO, MFA, CA, directory services, non-human identities and OT IAM.
• Lead transformation of business and regulatory requirements into IAM designs.
• Define end-to-end IAM components, data flows, provisioning patterns and access controls.
• Define architecture for authority-source integration, identity warehouse and lifecycle processes.
• Define PAM architecture including vaulting, rotation, and threat analytics.
• Guide secure authentication, federation, SSO, MFA, passwordless and tokens patterns.
