Job summary

Argyll Scott is seeking an IAM Solution Architect to shape and deliver enterprise identity architecture across security, cloud, applications, and OT. This hands‑on role requires translating business requirements into scalable IAM solutions and reference designs.

You will work withSecurity, Infrastruktur and vendor teams to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards and integrate across SSO, MFA, directory services, and human/non‑human identities.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in IAM solution architecture.
• Experience designing and delivering complex enterprise IAM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IAM standards and protocols (SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve IAM solution architecture and reference designs.
• Design solutions across IGA, PAM, SSO, federation, MFA, CA, and directory services.
• Architect PAM capabilities and IAM integrations across cloud, on‑prem, and OT.
• Provide architecture oversight from design through transition to operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, infrastructure, cloud and vendor teams to align with standards.
