Job summary

Technopals Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Identity Management Service Lead to drive the overhaul and repurposing of over 4,000 user and privileged accounts using CyberArk and SailPoint.

The role offers extension based on project needs and performance, with rapid assessment, planning, and execution of identity activities. You will configure privileged access controls and collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to deliver compliant IAM improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on enterprise IAM experience including CyberArk and SailPoint implementations.
• Delivery of high-impact IAM projects within tight timelines.
• Strong technical expertise in identity governance and privileged access management.
• Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Certifications in CyberArk and SailPoint.
• Experience with large-scale identity overhauls or migrations.
• Familiarity with Singapore regulatory environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rapid assessment, planning, and execution of identity overhaul and repurposing activities involving 4,000+ identities using CyberArk and SailPoint.
• Implement and optimize identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access recertification.
• Configure and manage CyberArk privileged access controls and SailPoint governance workflows.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure alignment and timely decisions.
• Provide guidance on risk mitigation, identity security, and best practices for IAM improvements.
• Ensure thorough documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams for ongoing management.
• Participate in planning for future phases with potential extension beyond six months.
