Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an IAM/PAM Architect to lead the design and deployment of enterprise identity security solutions at its Singapore headquarters. You will define standards for integrating cross-functional software into central access infrastructure and analyze authentication, entitlement, and user permissions models.

The role requires 7+ years in IAM with a strong track record in identity architecture design and system integration, plus the ability to support critical access

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in Identity Access Management.
• Proven track record in identity architecture design and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and deployment of enterprise-wide identity security solutions.
• Define technical and operational standards to integrate cross-functional software into the central access infrastructure.
• Analyze architecture weaknesses to resolve issues across authentication, entitlement, and user permission models.
• Deliver expert support for access incidents, platform upgrades, and change requests.
