Job summary

A leading company is seeking an IAM specialist to design and optimize identity and access management processes. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or a related field with a minimum of 2 years' experience. Responsibilities include system support and collaboration with IT teams for ensuring system efficiency and training IAM applications.

Job description

Requirements:

• Design, implement, and optimize IAM processes (e.g., joiner, mover, leaver workflows).
• Support development of a system-independent role concept for better authorization management.
• Assist in gathering and evaluating new IAM requirements.
• Define needs and coordinate external support.
• Provide 24/7 Level 2 & 3 support for IAM systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure optimal system performance and availability.
• Document requirements and coordinate system enhancements.
• Plan and conduct training sessions for IAM applications.
• Collaborate with departments on productivity improvements, error/cost reduction, and other enhancement projects.

Responsibilities:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Strong team player with good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Added advantage: Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID.
