A leading company in the AV industry seeks a Strategic Account Manager to develop and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their strategic needs are met. The role requires expertise in AV solutions, strong sales skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
The aspect of the role, your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with strategic clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Solution Development: Collaborate with clients to identify their hybrid workplace needs and tailor AV solutions accordingly.
Plan approaches and pitches to Strategic Accounts and manage the preparation of proposals and related documentation to support APAC Strategic accounts and progress through the sales cycle
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling of AV solutions and services within existing accounts.
Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account performance, customer satisfaction, and project outcomes for internal stakeholders.
Strategic Planning: Develop long-term account growth and retention strategies, aligning with overall business goals.
Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback to improve service offerings and client engagement strategies continuously.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless service and solution delivery.
Work with the APAC team, Operating Countries and other regions Ricoh (Europe, Americas and LATAM) to understand best practicesandshare activities and customer feedback.
Work with the Operating countries sales teams and Ricoh Global Services Teams to consult with clients and on industry trends and understand the best practices related to Audio-Visual solutions.
Work with Vendors to develop leads that deliver a growing pipeline of new business
Operate and work collaboratively with Operating Countries, including the Sales teams, marketing and operations.
Maintain solid knowledge of business trends inthe industry.
Requirements
The suitable candidate will possess the following Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
5+ Year’s selling audio-visual solutions such as but not limited to Microsoft Teams Rooms, Unified Communications (Microsoft Teams and Zoom) based on business outcomes and strategic account management experience
Strong professional network
Strong awareness of theAudio-Visual and Video Conferencing market to understand and assess the business viability of service offerings.
Successful sales targets achievements and strong desire to over-achieve revenue goals
Track record of business/account plan development and execution
Experience in handling both business and technical decision-makers in customer organizations
Strong sales skills, including business justification, negotiation, and closing.
Proven sales pipeline management skills and cadence
Transparency and assertiveness during sales process coordination
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Excellent customer service and presentation skills
Excellent attention to detail
