Job summary

Allianz Commercial in Singapore seeks an Underwriting Technician on a 6-month contract to support quotes, policy documents, and endorsements. You will coordinate with brokers, clients and internal teams, ensure complete information for quotes, renewals and bookings, and contribute to continuous process improvements in a dynamic market environment.

Ideal candidates have exposure to regional insurance practices, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Exposure to regional/local LoB insurance markets and regulatory framework.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective service to Brokers/Clients, Accounting, Claims, Credit Control, Underwriting.
• Prepare underwriting information including client/market research and claims data.
• Complete standard quote templates with complete information.
• Ensure information handovers to ATs and alignment with requirements.
• Deliver tasks timely and within scope.
• Support renewal underwriting tasks within thresholds.
• Assist in data entry tasks related to pricing.
• Coordinate with offshore teams for policy setup and bookings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements.
