Medtronic Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute supply plans, optimise inventory, and ensure product availability to meet customer demand.

Based in Pasir Panjang, the role operates in a Flex/Hybrid work environment with no travel required. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Marketing Managers, and Distribution partners to balance demand and supply, while maintaining planning master data and IO parameters.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in supply planning and inventory management in a complex environment.
• Proficient in data analysis and Excel for reporting.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute supply plans to meet customer demand across units.
• Review inventory positions and place stock transfers with sourcing plants and distributors.
• Collaborate with Product/Marketing/Country Managers to align supply with priorities.
• Monitor product availability and optimize service levels while managing inventory investment.
• Analyze inventory trends and support product launches and phase-outs.
