Job summary

OneSystems Technologies Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Network Engineer for a hybrid role combining client-facing solution design with day-to-day network operations. You will move between engaging with clients to define requirements and hands-on configuration, maintenance, and incident response across deployed environments.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in systems or network engineering, solid knowledge of Cisco/CCNP, Fortinet and Microsoft platforms, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in networks/systems engineering, with client-facing exposure.
• Proficient in networking, troubleshooting, and incident response.
• Prior experience with Systems Integrator (SI) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients to understand systems and network requirements, supporting technical solution design and proposals.
• Design, configure, and support network infrastructure, including switching, routing, wireless, and network security components.
• Perform network maintenance activities, including monitoring, patching, and performance optimisation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve systems and network issues, providing timely incident response to minimise downtime.
• Support integration between systems and network infrastructure and other OST solutions as part of project delivery.
• Maintain working knowledge of platforms and standards (e.g. Cisco/CCNP, Fortinet, Microsoft) to guide solution design and troubleshooting.
• Document network configurations, incident resolutions, and system changes for internal knowledge management.
• Collaborate with engineering, project delivery, and sales teams to ensure solutions are practical, deliverable, and aligned with client needs.
• Support internal systems and network infrastructure where required.
