Job summary

Manulife is seeking a self-motivated and experienced operations professional to join our team in Singapore. The role focuses on ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently across governance, processing, and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or higher. Prior supervisory experience is preferred in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Prior supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage new business, operational queries, adviser support and post-sales servicing matters to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
• Oversee transaction processing, submissions, fund switches, reconciliations and follow-up on outstanding items.
• Maintain SOPs, workflow documentation, trackers and operational records to support audit readiness and business continuity.
• Coordinate office management and administrative activities, including facilities, site coordination, events support and business continuity arrangements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, offshore/vendor teams, providers and advisers to resolve operational matters and monitor service delivery.
• Support regulatory, compliance and audit activities, including evidence collation, process checks, follow-up actions and implementation of agreed controls.
• Support process reviews, digitalisation initiatives and continuous improvement activities to streamline existing processes and strengthen controls.
• Undertake any other duties or projects assigned by supervisor.
